Ms. Simons was a founding member in 1997 of Brecher, Wyner & Simons, LLP, prior to the merger with Fox & Foner in 2003. She is the head of the Firm's Residential Real Estate Department. She represents numerous lending institutions and mortgage companies as well as individual purchasers and sellers of real estate. She has vast experience in all aspects of real estate, title and landlord/tenant issues. Ms. Simons is a title insurance agent for the major title insurance companies in Massachusetts.

Prior to forming Brecher, Wyner & Simons, LLP with Messrs. Brecher and Wyner, Ms. Simons was an associate in the real estate department of Miller, Pierce & Miller. She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst (1989) and Massachusetts School of Law (1995). Ms. Simons is admitted to the Massachusetts and Federal Bars and is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Real Estate Bar Association of Massachusetts ("REBA") and is currently co-chair of the Residential Conveyancing Committee of REBA. She has also conducted seminars for REBA, Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, and the Massachusetts Housing Authority. Ms. Simons has also been named as a Boston Magazine 2004, 2005, and 2006 Massachusetts Super Lawyer.
